JYLY, the Finnish putting game by Markus Lindqvist: three cards, blank, guided with the next-distance lookup, and a four-player club sheet. Each comes in A4 and US Letter.

Start at 10 m. Throw 5 putts a round; each make scores its distance in metres. The next round is from 5 m plus one metre per make (0 makes → 5 m, 5 makes → 10 m). 20 rounds, 100 putts, maximum 1,000.

The difference between the cards
The blank card has a round, distance, makes, points and running-total column for each of the 20 rounds, plus the rule in a box and space for a name and date. Use it when the table already knows JYLY.
The guided card adds the next-distance lookup under every round and a tally at the foot for makes and attempts at each distance. It is the one to hand to someone playing for the first time.
The club sheet puts four players side by side with distance, makes and points for all 20 rounds. Each player's distance is independent, as in the web game.

Marking 5 to 10 metres
A tape measure from the basket is quickest. If you are marking a garden or a park, six markers at 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 m are enough. In feet, 5 m is 16 ft 5 in and 10 m is 32 ft 10 in. The card scores in metres because the game is defined in metres.
Printing
Choose A4 or US Letter. Print at 100% or "actual size" so the rule lines and boxes stay the size they were drawn. The PDFs are vector text, so they stay sharp and the text can be selected. The Print button opens a page with only the card on it.

How many rounds are on the card?
Twenty. Each round is five putts, so a full game is 100 putts and a maximum of 1,000 points.
What is the guided card for?
It prints the next-distance lookup under every round: 0 makes means 5 m, 5 makes means 10 m, and each make in between adds a metre. It also has a tally at the foot for makes and attempts at each distance.
Can four people play on one card?
Yes. The club sheet gives each player a distance, makes and points column for all 20 rounds, with a total row. Each player's distance is independent, as in the web game.
How do I mark the distances?

Do I need to print in colour?
No. Every card is black on white, with 0.5 pt rules and no colour needed.
